Workforce Networks

We engage directly with the workforce through the Step Change workforce networks. There are four workforce networks:

• Safety Professional and Advisers
• Site Leaders
• Focal Points
• Elected Safety Representatives

The Site Leaders network includes offshore installation managers, onshore site and base managers, and supervisory levels. Regular network meetings are held throughout the year.

These meetings provide a forum for the workforce to share their views on health and safety issues facing the industry directly with Step Change in Safety.
