Step Change in Safety has developed a range of safety resources for the shutdown/TAR season.

In alignment with the Health and Safety Executive, our OIM network has worked on a range of resources to define and help:

🔺recognise the cross-industry risks associated with an influx of a significant number of new starts / green hats;

🔺manage the MAH risks associated with increased heavy mechanical scopes;

🔺ensure SIMOPS identification is effective; ensure quality, consistent toolbox talk delivery across work scopes;

🔺manage the continued risk of COVID-19;undertake TAR-specific audits;

🔺ensure adequate risk assessments for lifting procedures
