Davy Installation Learnings
This animation has been produced in order to share learnings from an incident that happened on the Davy installation in 2017 - A gas release was discovered on manning a normally unmanned installation (NUI).
This incident is an example of how multiple factors over long periods of time can fundamentally change an installation and the way we work.
The animation will explain what happened, how it happened and the subsequent changes that were made to processes and facilities.
