Onshore Safety Representatives Guidance - In Line With HSCER 1996 & SRSC Regs 1977 (2025)
With assistance from the HSE and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, we have developed and published onshore Safety Rep guidance that is in line with Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations 1996 (HSCER 1996) and Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1977 (SRSC Regs 1977).
This guidance aims to provide information and support to Safety Reps working within onshore high-hazard Energy Industries.
