Wellbeing Survey Report 2025
The Wellbeing Survey 2024 was launched by Step Change in Safety in collaboration with the Mental Health in Energy and the Marine Safety Forum. This report identifies the energy sector’s workforce’s current state of wellbeing, and includes physical and mental health, job satisfaction, and the overall workplace environment. The aim is to identify key areas where additional support and resources are needed.
